Study on the Evaluation Method of Autonomous Vehicle Driving Ability Based on Virtual Reality

Overview
Examines SILS-based driving assessment using seven driver-licence video scenarios reconstructed in UC-win/Road 14.0. Simulated speed and separation records illustrate why lane information, relative position, braking causes and traffic-rule interpretation matter when assessing risk. The study assumes sensor data are available and discusses richer records and evaluation criteria for future VILS use.
